Form of Knowledge and Understanding Development in the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Integrating into Analysis Planning of Learning Management
Abstract
The research conducted by creating a form of cognitive development in the philosophy of sufficiency economy to integrate into the analysis, planning and learning management. Create a training curriculum that conforms to the target based on the model and training audience to develop a better understanding of the philosophy of sufficiency economy and Integrate analysis and insight into planning the curriculum. Finally step evaluation of the operation that is created. The research result can be concluded that the created form of development comprises 3 training curricula 1) Curriculum for developing knowledge and understanding of the SEP to integrate into analysis, planning, and implementation. 2) Curriculum for developing knowledge and understanding of vocational education management. 3) Curriculum for training on the integration of knowledge and understanding of the SEP into work and planning of learning management. The implementation of each curriculum resulted in:
1. Curriculum for developing knowledge and understanding of the SEP to integrate into analysis, planning, and implementation
- Memory test: before training average x = 8.38, after training, average x = 9.71.
- Understanding test: before training average x = 2.42, after training, average x = 12.17.
- Test on ability of applying SEP to individual life: before training, average x = 2.54, after
training, average x = 4.08.
2. Curriculum for developing knowledge and understanding of vocational education
management. In activity 1, participants obtained average score = 32.92 in understanding test. 2, participants obtained average score x= 41.25 in understanding test. Inclusively, participants of total curriculum obtained average score x = 37.08.
3. Curriculum for training on the integration of knowledge and understanding of the SEP into work and planning of learning management.
- Memory test: 24 persons or 100% of all participants obtained full scale of 10. After the training, there was participants' retrospective self-assessment which indicated average score at medium level x = 2.71 before training, and indicated average score at maximum level x= 4.58 after training.
- Understanding test: Participants' average score in this field was = 13 from full scale 15, before training, participants' average score was x = 2.33, after training, their average score was x = 4.28.
- Self-assessment on application of SEP in life: before training, average score x= 2.58, after training, average score x = 4.33
- Self-assessment on application of SEP in learning management, before training x = 2.33, after training x = 4.25
-Self-assessment on realization of SEP in life, work, and national development, after the training, participants realized the importance of SEP as a whole at maximum level x = 4.5
This research adopt 360-degree evaluation method. Participants were evaluated by researcher with testing form, and participants' self-assessment method was applied as mentioned above. It was highly successful with x = 81.33. It was also found that the evaluation of participants' opinion on the importance of training (MI1RI2 AP) in SEP understanding to be integrated into analysis, learning management, and individual life was high at every stage, especially the realization stage was highest x = 4.54.
