JOB SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES PRIVATE COMPANIES IN BANGKOK

Abstract

This research aims to study. Job Satisfaction of Employees Private Companies in Bangkok. The Methodology in this study is the sample. 384 private companies in the equipment used in this research were questionnaires, personal factors. And satisfaction in their work. And analyzed by computer program (SPSS) statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Statistics and hypothesis testing using t-test, the statistical F-test, One-Way ANOVA was statistically significant at the .05 level. The results showed that Employee satisfaction in the overall performance at a high level. And on each side of the analysis showed that the relationship with colleagues and superiors. At a high level. Environmental performance at a high level. Stability and progress in the job at a high level. Responsibility at a high level. The salary and welfare are moderate. And the success of the operation is moderate.
