| Abstract (EN) |
This research aimed to investigate the causal influence between rule of law administration and legal rights protection behaviors, and their subsequent impact on the acceptance of administrative authority and corporate image among personnel in a technology university network. A quantitative research methodology was employed in this study. The research population consisted of academic university personnel. The sample consisted of 195 academic staff members, selected through purposive sampling and stratified sampling. The research instrument utilized was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient exceeding 0.7. The data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicated that rule of law administration comprising the exercise of authority within legal frameworks, the protection of procedural justice, transparency, and rights protection-had a statistically significant positive direct effect on all three dimensions of legal rights protection behaviors (the right to appeal and file grievances, the right to contest and present evidence, and the pursuit of information for rights protection) at the .001 significance level. Moreover, legal rights protection behaviors functioned as a significant mediating variable influencing the voluntary acceptance of administrative authority and the rule of law corporate image. In conclusion, transparent and legally compliant university administration instills confidence in personnel to rightfully protect their own rights, which consequently leads to the willing acceptance of managerial authority and the reinforcement of a sustainable good governance corporate image. |
