Abstract	โครงการวิจัย เรื่อง การพัฒนาระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การพัฒนาระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบแจ้งซ่อมออนไลน์ โดยผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 27 ท่าน (อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และบุคลากรซ่อมบำรุงของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการพัฒนาระบบแจ้งซ่อมและติดตามการซ่อมออนไลน์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 4.40, S.D. = 0.74) และด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x = 4.51, S.D. = 0.62)
Abstract (EN)	The research project entitled “Development of an Online Repair Request and Repair Tracking System” aimed to: 1) develop an online repair request and repair tracking system, 2) evaluate the efficiency of the online repair request and repair tracking system by experts, and 3) assess user satisfaction with the online repair request and repair tracking system. The research instruments consisted of the developed online repair request and repair tracking system, an efficiency evaluation form for the online repair request and repair tracking system assessed by three experts, and a user satisfaction evaluation form assessed by 27 users, including lecturers, staff members, and maintenance personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that the efficiency evaluation of the online repair request and repair tracking system by experts was at a high level (x̄ = 4.40, S.D. = 0.74). In addition, user satisfaction with the system was at the highest level (x̄ = 4.51, S.D. = 0.62).
