Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูจำนวน 264 คน ซึ่งเข้าร่วมการวิจัยโดยสมัครใจและตอบแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของครูโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=3.65, S.D.=0.89) และ 2) ครูที่มีช่วงวัย ประสบการณ์สอน และประสบการณ์การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์แตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
Abstract (EN)	The purposes of this research were to: 1) investigate teachers’ needs for developing competencies in using artificial intelligence (AI) for learning measurement and evaluation among private school teachers in Samut Prakan Province; and 2) compare teachers’ needs for developing competencies in using AI for learning measurement and evaluation according to their personal factors. The sample consisted of 264 teachers who voluntarily participated in the study by completing an online questionnaire. The research instrument was a five-point rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that: 1) the teachers’ overall needs for developing competencies in using AI for learning measurement and evaluation were at a high level (x̅=3.65, S.D.=0.89); and 2) teachers with different age groups, teaching experience, and experience in using AI had significantly different needs for developing competencies in using AI for learning measurement and evaluation.
