Abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลและแนวทางการนำเศษหนังแท้กลับมาใช้ซ้ำ 2) เพื่อออกแบบรองเท้าจากเศษหนังแท้ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจต้นแบบรองเท้าจากเศษหนังแท้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผสมผสานกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ช่างทำรองเท้า จำนวน 3 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบและช่างทำรองเท้า จำนวน 5 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคคลวัยทำงานที่สนใจและนิยมสวมใส่รองเท้าหนังแท้ เขตพระโขนง กรุงเทพมหานคร เพศชาย 15 คน เพศหญิง 15 คนรวมทั้งหมด 30 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประเมินรูปแบบรองเท้าจากเศษหนังแท้ และแบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เศษหนังแท้ที่นำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำเป็นเศษหนังวัวฟอกสีลักษณะมันเงาขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก ที่มีร่องรอยตำหนิและเหลือใช้จากการตัดเย็บมาทำหนังหน้าของรองเท้า ซึ่งใช้เศษหนังแท้โทนสีน้ำเงินสำหรับเพศชายและโทนสีน้ำตาลสำหรับเพศหญิง ด้วยเทคนิคการเย็บแบบโชว์เส้นด้าย 2) ผลการออกแบบรองเท้าจากเศษหนังแท้ จำนวน 3 รูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบที่ใช้แรงบันดาลใจจากลักษณะการพันผ้าของชาวอียิปต์โบราณมีผลรวมมากที่สุด โดยมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.18, S.D. = 0.80) เป็นรองเท้าสลิปออนซึ่งใช้การตัดทอนลักษณะการพันผ้าแบบสลับกันไปมา เกิดเป็นลวดลายแบบอสมมาตร ใช้หลักความกลมกลืนของโทนสีซึ่งลดหลั่นกัน 3 ระดับ การผลิตใช้จักรเย็บรองเท้าเย็บหนังหน้าแล้วยึดติดกับพื้นรองเท้าสำเร็จรูป เพศชายเบอร์ 42 เพศหญิงเบอร์ 39 และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต้นแบบรองเท้าจากเศษหนังแท้ พบว่า ผลรวมทุกด้านของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพศชาย มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.73, S.D. = 0.45) และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพศหญิง มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.68, S.D. = 0.38)
Abstract (EN)	The objective of this research are 1) to study on information and direction for reusing scraps of genuine leather; 2) to design shoes that are made from scraps of genuine leather; and 3) to evaluate the satisfaction toward the prototype shoes from scraps of genuine leather. This research work uses the mixed research methodology. Key informants are 3 shoemakers, and 5 experts in designing and shoe making. The samples are working adults who prefer to wear genuine leather shoes in Phra Khanong District, Bangkok, which are 15 male and 15 female or 30 in total, selected with purposive sampling technique. The tools used in this research are questionnaire for the evaluation of shoes from scraps of genuine leather and questionnaire for the evaluation of satisfaction. The statistical values used for the analysis are percentages, means and standard deviations. The findings from the research are as follows 1) Scraps of leather are scraps of tanned cow leather that are shiny and in medium and small sizes, having some blemishes and are left over from the sewing of the front part of shoes. The leather scraps in blue color are for male wearer and the leather scraps in brown color are for female wearers. The shoes are sewn with the technique that shows the stitches. 2) The results from the evaluation of the shoes in 3 designs show that the design that is inspired by the fabric wrapping in the ancient Egyptian style, which has the highest score, with the appropriateness in the high level (𝑥̅ = 4.18, S.D. = 0.80). The shoes are slip-on one with the simplified style of folding of fabric in the asymmetric manner. Each pair of shoes are in 3 colors in the same tone in different shades. The front part of the shoes is sewn with the instant sole. The size for male wearers is 42 and the size for female wearers is 39. 3) The results from the evaluation of the satisfaction with the prototype shoes from scraps of genuine leather show that male samples have the overall satisfaction with the shoes in high level (𝑥̅ = 3.73, S.D. = 0.45) whilst female samples have the overall satisfaction with the shoes in high level as well (𝑥̅ = 3.68, S.D. = 0.38).
